The hotel had a mixed experience with clean, comfortable rooms, and very friendly service. The location was great, but the dining had its setbacks. Overall, it was a decent stay with some highlights and drawbacks.
The stay at Novotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, we appreciated the room upgrade and friendly service along with comfortable accommodations and a varied breakfast selection. However, the supposed ocean view was mostly obstructed by a nearby rooftop, and dealing with rowdy neighbors was a downside.
I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a great spot, overlooking the beach and boasting spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. The friendly and approachable staff provided amazing service, although the location and dining options needed a bit of a spruce up. The overall experience was positive with good value for the price paid.
